With the launch of our new site we’ve made a few changes to our product offerings. We are no longer selling any WordPress themes, our store now properly handles support renewals, and we have simplified our task management offering. Here are the details…
FavePersonal
Our FavePersonal theme is now free! We will continue to support customers who have purchased FavePersonal in our customer forums, but we will not be offering support renewals. Future support for all free downloads will be handled through the community forums on WordPress.org (the FavePersonal theme will be added to WordPress.org soon). We’ll have more on this in a future post.
FaveBusiness
The FaveBusiness theme is no longer offered as a separate product, but it is included with all Carrington Build offerings as a reference theme. All FaveBusiness customers have been converted to Carrington Build customers, and can now enjoy developer support as well as end user support.
RAMP & Carrington Build
RAMP and Carrington Build have always been sold with 1 year of support, and now our systems are set up to properly handle expirations and renewals. We have extended the support window for any customers whose support was expiring soon so that every customer has a minimum of 4 months of support remaining (before they will be asked to renew).
Renewal pricing is as follows:
- Single Site package: $99/year
- Unlimited Sites package: $249/year
TasksPro & Tasks
We are now only offering the unlimited version of TasksPro for sale. All existing TasksPro and Tasks customers have been upgraded to this version. Additionally, we have reduced the price to $250.
Premium Support
We are continuing to offer our premium support package at a renewing cost of $99 every 6 months. This provides a guaranteed 4 business hour response time to your forums posts, and is available for purchase or renewal on your account page.
